Britni Dougherty

Financial Coordinator

Britni is our financial coordinator and  has been in orthodontics for 3 years.  Britni's favorite thing about her job is being able to interact with the patients.  She  is originally from Fort Lauderdale, Florida but now resides in Winder, Georgia  with her husband Roger, son Parker, two dogs Teddy and  Beau, and a cat named Nala.  In her spare time she likes to watch college football (Go Dawgs!), baseball (Go Braves!), go to the lake, and spend time with her family.

Leigh Moss

Scheduling Coordinator

Leigh is our patient scheduling coordinator.  She is fairly new to the field of orthodontics, but loves it when patients come out to the lobby, after getting their braces off, and are smiling from ear to ear!  Leigh grew up in Arkansas and has lived in the Atlanta area for the past 28 years.  She has  two grown children, a wonderful husband and two kids of the furry kind.  When Leigh is not greeting our patients with a warm smile, Leigh can be found on the tennis court providing lessons.  When not working, she loves knitting, making jewelry, gardening and cooking. 

Maria Knight

Treatment Coordinator

Maria is our treatment coordinator and you will meet with her at your very first visit to Windermere Orthodontics.  Maria has over 10 years of experience in orthodontics and loves welcoming new patients and their families to our practice.  Maria’s goal is to make sure your orthodontic treatment is a wonderful experience.  She truly enjoys each and every smile transformation, as it builds confidence and character with each individual.  Maria enjoys running, working out, and spending time with her two children.

Alicia Ventura

Orthodontic Assistant

Alicia is one of our chairside assistants and has been in the orthodontic field since 2005.  She joined our team in 2012 and brings all of her experience to our patients.  Alicia loves the field of orthodontics and is grateful to have the ability to build relationships with our patients and see the transformation in their smiles.  Alicia is  originally from Buffalo, New York and has a son named Eric.  She enjoys outdoor activities and taking Eric to the park.

Amanda Lowe

Orthodontic Assistant/Community Relations Coordinator

Amanda is one of our certified orthodontic assistants and also our community relations coordinator.  Amanda enjoys developing relationships with patients and their families from the first day.  Her favorite thing about being in orthodontics is seeing all the changes our  patients go through from beginning to the end.  Amanda is married to Sonny and they have two boys,  Luke and Maxwell.  She enjoys spending time with her family on the lake, watching her kids play sports, traveling, hiking and doing anything that involves being outside.  She loves animals and has a Silkshire terrier named Lacey, a German Shepherd named Jett Monster, and a cat named Rockerfeller.  

Lauren Parsons

Orthodontic Assistant

Lauren is one of our certified orthodontic assistants and has been in the orthodontic field for over 5 years.   Lauren loves what she does because it provides patients with confidence that they did not have before and loves knowing that she played a  part in making them smile a little bigger!  Lauren  was born in Sacramento, California and moved to Georgia  at the age of two.  She has two daughters, Madison and Rian, and enjoys cooking and  spending time with her daughters on the lake and at the pool. 

Erica Garn

Sterilization/Records Technician

Erica is the sterilization/records technician at Windermere Orthodontics and loves orthodontics because of all the wonderful patients she gets to meet.  You will find her always smiling and cracking jokes in the office.  Erica has a chocolate lab, Charlie, and enjoys traveling, meeting new people and dancing!
